I’ve been a bit run down lately. Lots of late night studying for exams that are coming up soon. It’s really cold outside. It puts me going out for a stroll to clear my head and stretch my legs. I think I should join a gym. I’ve laways been slightly put off the idea by the ‘jock’ image of such places. Another problem I have is my diet. Living on my own I feel a lack of incentive to go shopping for groceries and to make myself a home cooked meal.
